Photo 365: Day 211 – TDS: Pavement
Todays daily shoot assignment: Pavement comes in many flavors. Asphalt. Concrete. Bricks. Stones. Make a photo of some pavement you see today.
I think this was a tricky one (for me). Pavement is not my subject and I thought may be I should try capturing texture on the concrete pavement. My first attempt was to capture some hosta greens towards the left along with the texture. But I felt there is something missing towards the right.
So had my car parked in that spot and had this shot. I guess it’s all about boundaries in landscape photography.
Had this shot with Sigma 17-70mm zoom lens @f/2.8 at it’s wide end.
Applied the low angle technique that I learned from earlier TDS assignment for this shot.
I like how only a little portion of the plant is focused. Very nice composition and dof technique.
Nice depth of field in this! I really admire how you worked at this challenge!
cool perspective!!!!!!
You did really good. The hosta and the car serve the purpose of “framing” the driveway. Great composition. Nicely done.
Interesting composition on the theme.
Great perspective.
