Photo 365: Day 233 – TDS: 5
Todays daily shoot assignment: Today’s number is 5. Make a photo that illustrates the number in some way, either literally or abstractly.
While cleaning up the basement couple of weeks ago I found these cool colored rocks in a ziplock bag. I am guessing my daughter had collected these at some point 😉
I have been wanting to shoot these rocks for my 365 project. So when I saw this TDS: 5 assignment early this AM, I made my mind to shoot this for todays photo post.
Due to its shinny surface, I had a hard time setting these rock atop one another. A little bit “putty” magic did the trick.
Shot this using Nikkor 60mm macro lens using natural window lighting.
Excellent form and colour. You did your usual thorough job and did not neglect the background. Very creative.
I can’t believe you got all those wonky shapes to stack. They look like at rock candy.
Love the colors and the bokeh!
I love this photo, it’s beautifully created. I receive your posts via email so, at first I only saw the top of the photo. Initially, for some odd reason I thought it was a good looking ice cream 🙂
Very nicely done, love the DoF.
Nice job Sasi. The natural light really makes a difference here.
Great macro and colors!
I love this shot. Great colors and creativity. So much better than my tennis shoes.
Very nice shot. Great subject, composition, colors and dof. I guess I like everything about it. 🙂
Very cool shot love the rich colours of the stones
Love the colours and DoF, great job!
Great color! I like the subject and composition too.
