Our Marigolds have started to bloom. We have started mixed Marigolds from seeds late spring and finally we are seeing colors. These are miniature ones and are real pretty.

I think the shot is great the way it is but for some reason a thought came to my mind of wanting to see water droplets (rain drops) on the petals. You would think I have had enough of the rain…
I love photographing flowers, but I don’t think I’ve ever looked at a merigold up close. I love the detail. Great lighting!
