We had a nice weather in St. Louis today. It was sunny most of the day with max temperature at about 90 F and later this evening we had some showers.
Shot this just outside our house when I got back from work this evening.
Used Sigma 17-70mm lens at its wide end @f/8 for this shot.

I remember for your photo a little way back you had taken a low perspective shot of your driveway and street. While that one was technically well done and composed it didn’t have the “grab” factor that makes you want to look at it twice.
This one clearly demonstrates the progress you have made since then. It is not only the foreground interest, but the photo is better composed to draw the eye through the frame. This one isn’t likely to be hailed as one of the greatest photos ever taken, but it is interesting and clearly shows the progress you have made through the year. Well done.

Thanks again for taking time to go through the photo posts and adding some nice words. I guess towards the end of the day, that’s what matters for photo bloggers – few good comments which I believe are words of encouragement to keep one going.
