Texture & Pattern
As I was looking for macro subject for today’s post what caught my attention was my daughter’s scarf.
Upon close observation I saw a pattern and a wonderful texture. Had this shot with 60mm macro @f/11 using window loighting.

Great shot! I love shots like this, where the shot is so simple, yet complex all at the same time. It’s simple, with the single line of white stiches through a sea of color. But, then there’s the detail of the stitches, the fabulous color, the texture, the strands of yarn, and all the fuzziness. Very good, and very fun!
