w52.2: On an uneventful Sunday..
It’s an uneventful Sunday or you could call it a lazy Sunday…it has something to do with this cold weather that makes us relax or be unproductive 😉
While grocery shopping this morning, picked up a box of Crayola for the kids and my daughter came up with this art work. As I was still debating on what to post for this week’s blog post, I got my attention set on her art work. She was more than happy to get her work photographed.
In case if you’re wondering what’s by the flowers and the tree…she claims it’s a water fountain 😉
On a different note, I got my D70 sensor cleaned. I wasn’t really willing to get this cleaned by a professional for $100.00, so went on a DIY route (based on Nikhil’s suggestion). After blowing the sensor using my rocket blower and wet cleaning, sensor seems quite alright. Thanks Nikhil!
Thank goodness for lazy Sundays or any day for that matter! LOL
Your daughters art is very good. I see your family has more than one “artist.”
I like the idea of incorporating into our own art, that which our family makes. We don’t exist in isolation, the people around us are part of who we are. It seems only fair then, that we should include them in what we do.
Like the placement of cryans
fantastic, i love this sweet innocence!!!!
Nice images Sasi, looks like your daughter is quite the artist!
Precious image. It made me smile. 🙂
She’s ceratinly proud to be on daddy’s blog ! 🙂 Congrats to her. And her colorful drawing may have warmed you up !
Drawing that beautiful art work is “eventful.”
You are so good at these “staged” shots. I struggle with them, and then I come here to your blog, and your photos make it all look so natural. Like you just picked up the crayons and put them in the perfect spots.
P.S. If anyone ever designs a water-fountain that shoots the water the way it’s shooting in your daughter’s drawing, I would totally buy one!
I love it Sasi, also really like how you used a multi-coloured logo! Very creative both on your daughters work as well as yours!
