w52.16.2: Girls in Pink
Another gorgeous day in St. Louis and we decided to make use of this wonderful weather by visiting the St. Louis Zoo.
I decided to go with my Craigslist bought Nikon 28mm pancake lens for this visit. It took me a while to get used to this manual E series lens but started liking it once I got the hang of this lens.
As we were entering the River’s Edge area, my wife and kids were walking past this pink bloom and I had to stop few seconds to get this composition.
Amazing photo, I am in awe. Subtle and perfectly composed, The break has done you well.
Creative and beautiful! I wouldn’t have known that you didn’t have a lot of time to compose.
Nice image.
I really like the color, but I think the composition is so cool as well. I expect to see them follow the path right out of the frame.
Wow, this is awesome. What a great perspective and thought behind the shot. Nice lens find too!
Great composition Sasi, really nice capture of your wife and kids!
Very nice composition and dof. Though, the first thing I noticed was that both your wife and daughter had on pink color clothing that matches the pink flower bush.
Wonderful summer shot 🙂
