One more photo post related to Valentine’s day theme.
Got these cheap’o candies last week with the idea of posing these as a subject for my photo post. I was a bit disappointed when I opened the bag of candies. I was rather surprised to see the imprint of text barely visible on most of the heart candies. Surely these were real cheap 😉
Continuing with the Valentine’s day theme, here is a capture of a ripe, heart shaped strawberry we picked during grocery shopping past weekend. I really like the way the picture turned out.

Here is a picture of golden tassel on our console lamp shade. I kind of like the shadows in the background as it gives a depth to the capture.
Dried roses – these were dried by my wife long time ago (may be about 8 years ago). I remember researching for her on drying them back then.

Here are my kiddos watching Berenstain Bears on PBS. They love the show. In fact, its a good show for the kids.

No it wasn’t a McD’s night 😉
Had to run errands tonight and saw this McD’s across the highway. As I carry my P&S Fuji F30 these days, I was able to capture this using spot metering.
Used 50mm prime to capture the light falling on the flower curtain. Shot this in raw and later converted to B&W in CS4.
