Today’s daily shoot assignment:Β The warmth of wood takes on many shapes and forms. Make a photograph of something made of wood today.
Had some time this evening to take my little boy to a park close home. Shot this supporting frame in one of shelter in the park while my boy was enjoying his slide/swing.
I kind of like it – for the fact that it has geometric shapes/angles and there is a symmetry formed by the frames.
Today’s daily shoot assignment: Paper can have texture, be folded, made into an airplane, or crumpled/torn. Make something with paper, then make a photo.
Not that I don’t trust the banking system anymore….had to withdraw some hard earned cash just for this shoot π
Today’s daily shoot assignment: Bathrooms are full of hard surfaces, textures, and personal implements. Find an inspiring photograph in a bathroom today.
Not an inspiring photograph for sure π
Today’s daily shoot assignment:Β Make a photograph that emphasizes the horizon. It’s your choice whether to place it on the third lines or to center it.
We visited Eckert’s orchard today and it was a perfect fall day for apple picking and capturing horizon π
Shot this @Eckert’s Farm in Belleville, IL
Bonus shot for TDS:Horizon assignment.
As we were waiting for our tractor ride to pick our apples, I shot this John Deere.
Today’s daily shoot assignment: Make a photograph that plays two complementary colors off of each other today.
We have this book house close to where we live and I went there this evening to shoot some pictures for TDS assignment. I had to underexpose this shot a tad bit to bring out the “blue” in the sky.
Today’s daily shoot assignment: Make a photograph of a vanishing point today made by converging lines.
Converging lines…classic railroad – that’s what popped in my head when I saw this TDS assignment in my Reader early this AM before getting to work.
So when I got off the Metro this AM, did a little walk to find what will be the best spot before firing my Fuji F30 P&S.
Then I shot this looking east towards the city.
Bonus shot for TDS: Converging lines assignment.
Shot this about few hundred yards from the earlier spot but looking west.
Today’ daily shoot assignment: Create a photo that illustrates the word “ouch” with your own personal interpretation.
Another real busy Wednesday. Didn’t get to do my shoot for day:270 until about 9:00 PM this evening.
So decided to do something with candle light for today’s photo post. Β Then I thought, how about if I catch the glow caused by candle light on the palm of my hand…so began experimenting after sending the family to bed.
While experimenting this shoot, I did mutter “Ouch” couple of time – perhaps I had my thumb placed too close to the candle flame π
So had my shot done and it kind of worked out for TDS assignment.
Today’s daily shoot assignment: Power plugs are ubiquitous. Can you make a creative photo of such a common thing? Try it today!
Well it’s not a power plug but it’s a HomePlug π
I use HomePlug technology, to distribute broadband Internet via electrical wires @home. That’s the subject for TDS assignment.
