Photo 365: Day 178 – Pepper blossom
Our pepper plants have started blooming. We started hot peppers and sweet bell peppers from seeds in late spring and so far they seem to be on track 😉
It was quite windy outside this evening and as we are growing these in containers, I had to bring them inside the house to shoot the bloom. Used Sigma 150mm macro to shoot this.
Sasi, this is beautiful. Great composition, color and contrast. All the makings of a perfect photograph. Congrats on your pepers blooming too.
Very nice photograph. I like it. It spreads tranquillity.
Very nice. I like the composition and good job with the DOF.
I like the colors in this one and how no one color overtakes the others. Green is obviously the dominant color, but the white of the bloom and th eblack areas in the stalk do not get lost. Good job.
Beautiful composition…
Beautiful… love the color and composition. Make sure to take a picture of the pepper when it matures.
This is just stunning! The depth of field, the composition, the focus…perfect!
Nice composition, Sasi. Great DoF and color.
colour and comp are great this is a lovely shot. The soft background is really nice. Just one comment if I may. How did you process this did you make local adjustments to it. I can’t help noticing the outline around the white flower and that part of the stem?
Those are side-effects introduced by PS Actions 😉
wonderful macro! my peppers aren’t doing anything yet…but my tomatoes are doing fantastic!
