Seriously shallow depth of field there. It looks like only the front edge of the pan is in sharp focus. Not bad. I particularly like the little touch of the egg shell in the corner. It is little touches like that that make the image complete.
Looks delicious. I love your food set ups. You leave enough in the background to add interest but not look cluttered, and you leave enough detail to make it interesting. Nicely done.

Elli, I borrowed the recipe from allrecipes.com ( http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Grandmothers-Buttermilk-Cornbread/Detail.aspx) and tweaked. Replaced butter with canola oil and added 2 tablespoons of flax meal to the recipe.
