Photo 365: Day 360 – Idols
Shot these Hindu Idols at a friend’s house this morning.
We are visiting friends in Chicago and this friend of us whom we are visiting has a very good collection of Hindu idols and arts from India. Went through her collection this morning and picked these idols for today’s shot.
This is a beautiful silhouette.

Great job putting complimentary shapes together to form the whole image. I especially like the curved edge of the table and the way it mirrors the arrangement of the idols.
This is one weakness in my own photography; while I can spot an interesting scene, I never seem to be able to create one.

Very nice! I also like the silhouette and the the two idols in bokeh. The one thing I would do differently is to make sure the base of the foreground idol showed completely – just to balance the image. Lovely work!
