Shadows
We had a warm weather this morning (in the 40s) with plenty of sunshine.
I happened to notice strong shadows this morning cast by sun light creeping through our bay windows in our dinning area and falling on my son’s bowling pin. So I decided to do a shoot of the shadows for today’s post.
Then I was debating if I have to seat them over a white board but later decided to go with the carpet to bring in some texture.
Shadows are such a seductive subject for a photographer. This is a superbly composed photograph. Excellent!
excellent composition and use of light!
Great idea! I always love shadow play!
Very nice use of hard light and contrast. Shadows are always interesting.
You managed to make the shadows more interesting than the subject. Now, how did that happen. Nice shot and great composition.
Good work on this one, lovely.
Great job using the carpet, I think it would have lost that “something” if you had used a white board.
Excellent work Sasi! great composition, good detail and nice shadow work!
Nice shot, and I agree the carpet was a good choice.
