w52.5.1: Picket Fence
Had a chance to visit Faust Park in Chesterfield, MO with my son last evening. He was OK with me spending few minutes shooting the historic homes before taking him to the play area.
Will definitely go back to the park for a photo walk 😉
In case you haven’t noticed the tags, I switched to Lightroom 3 – Thanks Nikhil for tips/tricks.
Really like the chipped paint on the wood (and what appears to be a couple hugging in the background). Hope LR3 is working out for ya!
pleasant composition perfect background
Nice detail. Congrats on the move to LR3
Great shot Sasi! I love the depth of field! Interesting details and contrast between the fence and background.
I am sure other software (like Aperture) offers similar features to LR and similar usability, but for me LR doesn’t get in the way of what I want to achieve. It works with me.
Gorgeous photo, by the way. I love the use of contrasts, angular/soft, sharp/blurred, animate/inanimate. Excellent!
I love the look of this photo with the people in the background. Perhaps I need your lightroom tips. I’m still waiting for mine to arrive. :).
Great shot Sasi, love the composition!
I really love the composition in this shot! You made something mundane into a lovely piece of art!
very nice!
